About Dr. Eman Azmi
Due to her academic specialization with her Assistant Professor rank and M Sc. Degree in business administration field, she has been involved in broad research projects including Performance–Based Budgeting (PBB) project under the supervisions of Egyptian Financial Ministry in cooperation with the International Monetary Funds (IMF) and Developing Countries Institutional Governmental Reforms project submitted to Economic & Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) - United Nations. She has a wide variety of Awarded and Published Researches in the areas of Nanotechnology, Innovative Ideology, Communication Technologies, Cultural Identity, Intellectual Security, Development Opportunities for Egyptian SMEs, Crisis Management in Financial Markets, Innovativeness & Competitive Advantage in the Egyptian Business Organizations, Corporate Governance in Developing Economics, The Role of E-Commerce in developing Arab Intra-Trade and achieving the Integration for the Arab Business Environment, Slams and the Architectural Planning in Egypt and many others. She is an active member in many national and international committees including: the American Statistical Association, Quality, Academic Accreditation, Scientific Research, Evidence and Documentation, Strategic Plan, and Annual Report Units of College of Applied Studies and Community Service, KSU, Management of International Cooperation and Scientific Societies, the Saudi Management Society and others.
Her excitement and passion about teaching and learning with her professional experiences acquired a global recognition. She won the grant of “Excellence In Teaching and Learning Center”, KSU’s Educational and Academic Affairs for her teaching project submitted to support Employability Skills in Communication Skills course for academic year 2011/2012. The creative mechanisms she innovated and executed in her project was selected and invited to be a participation and presentation paper at the Global Forum for Innovators In University Teaching organized by Islamic University of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud for the academic year 2012/2013. Her own philosophy of teaching and learning is based on advancing critical thinking skills, facilitating the acquisition of lifelong learning skills, supporting the ways of developing evidence-based business problem-solving strategies and empowering employability and work readiness skills through a collection of professional life training and learning games and activities.
Dr. Eman has been invited academically from “University of Växjö” in Sweden to participate on the “International Staff Exchange” Program. She also invited officially from United States Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to participate on multi-regional project of International Visitor Leadership Program: "Citizen Participation in a Democracy". She has been involved in this program as a representative of Egypt with (21) other countries (former participants in this program: “Margaret Thatcher”; the former Prime Minister of UK and “Anwar Al-Sadat”; the former President of Egypt).
